Who We Are
Led by husband-and-wife team Monty (Chief Construction Officer) and Vans (Principle Designer and Chief Creative Officer), Saiva Homes is a full-service interior design and build firm based in Puslinch, Ontario, specializing in creating homes that strike the perfect balance between timeless elegance and modern functionality.
It all started when Vans and Monty bought their first home in 2018. Keen to make their house a home and put their own personalities into it, Vans started learning more about design while Monty focussed on learning about the trades to ensure Vans’s design visions are brought to life. They remodelled their first home top to bottom, completely on their own, and continued the process with other homes. All their designed homes sold at the highest price in their communities.This started attracting a list of people interested in hiring their services. It is then they formed ‘Saiva Homes’ from the ground up.
Our mission is to create a cohesive and personalized environment where the clean lines and open spaces of modern design are enriched by the warmth, character, and history inherent in traditional aesthetics.

The firm focusses on all stages of build, design and remodel for new builds and existing homes right from conceptual and detailed design through to monitoring construction on-site, procurement, furnishings and hand-over, ensuring the entire process is streamlined so that our clients walk into their new space without any worries.
