What Does It Include?

Design Plan – We will collaborate to create schematic design drawings, select all interior and exterior fixtures and finishes, and provide you with 3D renderings of your project to ensure that you love your final design.
Estimation – Once the design phase is complete, we meticulously calculate all project costs to create a project estimate. This precise estimate ensures transparency and allows us to present you with a Fixed-Price / Square footage Construction Agreement.
Construction – Before construction begins, we will handle all city permitting and licensing required for your remodel / ground-up construction . During construction, we will keep you updated on your project with daily digital logs and weekly site visits with your Project Manager.
Sourcing & Procurement– We will source and procure all necessary items, including custom furniture, fabrics, rugs, artwork, and accessories.
Installation & Styling – We will handle furniture arrangement and decor styling to create a polished, move-in-ready space.
Warranty – Proudly standing behind our craftsmanship, every project includes a two-year warranty that covers all workmanship, mechanical, and operational issues. We will proactively schedule Warranty Inspections at 90 days, one year, and two-year intervals. All warranty issues are handled with the urgency and attention they deserve by our dedicated warranty team.
