Design-Build • Renovations • Interior Design
Saiva Homes is a design-build studio rooted in Warm European Living — a modern interpretation of European design traditions, guided by thoughtful architecture, natural materials, and an appreciation for timeless interiors
Based in Guelph, Ontario, our studio brings interior design and construction together to create thoughtfully considered homes, from custom builds and renovations to the details that make a space distinctly personal.

A SHARED VISION
Our Story
Saiva Homes was founded by Vanshita Agarwal and Monty Gupta around a shared belief that a beautifully considered home requires both thoughtful design and an understanding of how it will be built.
From architectural planning and material selections to custom detailing and execution, we approach every home with one connected vision — creating spaces where beauty and function belong together.
THOUGHTFUL DESIGN. CONSIDERED CONSTRUCTION.
Our Services
From the first architectural decisions to the final interior details, our services are shaped by the belief that good design and careful execution belong together.
-
Custom homes and renovations, thoughtfully designed and built to feel timeless, personal, and enduring.
-
Full-service and virtual design — layered interiors shaped with warmth, texture, and timeless detail.
-
Water damage, fire damage, and insurance-supported rebuilds — handled with the same care as everything we build.
FROM THE FIRST IDEA TO THE FINAL DETAIL
Our Process
We believe the most successful homes are considered as a whole. Architecture, interiors, material selections, and construction decisions should work together rather than compete with one another.
01: Discovery
Every project begins with understanding how a home needs to function, how the people living in it move through their spaces, and what the existing architecture or building site makes possible.
02: Developing the Design
We consider layouts, proportions, natural light, millwork, materials, and finishes together. Design decisions are informed by the character we want the home to have and by their practical implications.
03: Build
A beautiful concept must also be buildable. We coordinate the design intent with construction requirements, details, sequencing, and material installation so important decisions are understood before and during the build.
04: Deliver
The final details bring the architecture and interiors together. Our aim is a home that feels cohesive, personal, and comfortable in everyday life — not simply beautiful on completion day.
